We used Alpha Sedan to transport our family to and from a restaurant in downtown Baltimore. Jim was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and our driver Tanya was excellent, a few minutes early to arrive too. We will definitely be calling them again for future transportation needs.

I absolutely had the best time and the best experience ever last evening. Our driver Susan was amazing. Let me first say, it was super easy to set up and reserve a car for my event. Jim, the owner, is amazing, pleasant and it felt so familiar talking with him and making my arrangements. The day of my event, our driver, Susan, text us and updated us on what to expect. Susan showed up right on time. It was raining a bit and she walked my down to us with an umbrella and walked us individually to the car so we would not get wet from the rain. Our hair and outfits still amazing. We got in the car and she had water for us. She was super pleasant and professional and fun. We were going to a Janet Jackson concert and she had a Janet playlist all ready for us. We felt very safe in her hands and the safety of the vehicle. The vehicle was immaculate and top of the line. We went to dinner then the concert and we felt so important as she opened and closed our doors for us. The show was in Baltimore, MD and she knew that city and where she was going like the back of her hand. After the show, the traffic was so crazy that she wasn't able to be right outside an immediate door but told me to call her and she would walk us through where to go and she stayed in the phone. I was familiar with where I was going however, if someone was not she made it super easy and felt safe knowing she was still in the phone with us “just in case”. We only had to walk a block to get to the car but it was very easy. She was waiting outside the vehicle, opened and closed our doors. (Yes I just love that-that feeling special feeling). Susan knew exactly where to be to not be all that crazy traffic. We were in the car and headed home in no time. I know if I drove we’d be still trying to get to our car, waiting in a long line to get out of the space and out of the parking garage. It would have taken us forever to get home. I know, from now on, THIS is the way I will always go to a show. And when you account for traffic aggravation, parking aggravation, navigating in a place you may not be familiar with, etc….the price was very affordable and definitely worth it. The service was excellent. Jim was my driver, he arrived on time for my early morning flight. The car was very clean and comfortable; he had juice and water available. The trip home from the airport was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Alpha.

Awesome service from start to finish. Easy to book and communicate with through email. Showed up right on time for a VERY early morning airport transfer. Great service, can't recommend enough. They email the name and picture of your driver prior to pick up so that you know who is driving you. Nice touch for women traveling along.

They were early to pick me up, very friendly, professional. The car was immaculate inside and out, kept in touch with you in case of flight changes and when you landed. The main thing for me is that it took the worry of getting to the airport, parking, getting a shuttle, then having to reverse that when I flew back. Since I traveled in the middle of January, there could have been snow to have to contend with. So, overall, I was highly pleased with Alpha and recommend their service wholeheartedly!

For the past 7 months, Alpha Sedan and Limo has provided transportation for my mom to and from her home to my dad's nursing home. It was a 40 minute drive each way. Coordinating this from out of town made me nervous as I wanted to be sure my mom was in safe but also kind and understanding hands. I cannot say enough about William and his staff. My mom came to know, love and trust them. I quickly realized that they were not just drivers but kind, caring people. They were efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. I would recommend them for any and all services.

I used Alpha Sedan & Limo to shuttle guests to and from a wedding in Taneytown, MD/Gettysburg, PA. From my first call for information to the last guest drop off, Jim and his drivers exceeded our expectations. About 30 of us were in town for a four day event and had multiple, daily trips from Baltimore to Caves Valley, plus dinners. They were professional and a pleasure to ride with. Their vehicles are in great shape and they were very helpful as to where to (and not go) go within the Baltimore area. We will be calling Alpha Sedan & Limo every time we are in the area. Alpha Sedan & Limo provided a much needed transport for the bridal party of my daughters wedding. I can't say enough about the professional service provided by Jim during booking as well as the driver William during the wedding day. The rate was very reasonable and the timeliness & cleanliness of the Limo were outstanding. We will definitely be using Alpha for all of our future transportation needs.

Jim was fantastic! He was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish — focused on ensuring an exceptional experience. This can be hard when trying to schedule something from out of town, but Jim made sure everything ran smoothly. When the schedule shifted, he was flexible and able to accommodate the modified plans. The limo itself was spectacular, very clean, and ready for the evening. Highly recommend for any/all transports.

I used Alpha Sedan and Limo for my bachelorette weekend and it was simply perfect! The staff is friendly and professional. We had a party bus with 9 women and our bags. We can’t say enough good things about Alpha Sedan! Our most recent experience was being taken down to the cruise port on December 8th. Jim arrived a few minutes before the pick up time, loaded our bags, and then knocked on the door to let us know he was there. On our arrival day, December 15th, he was at the terminal when we walked out, front and center. He loaded our bags and up the road we went.

The precision, time accuracy, and attention to detail is top notch. Vehicle was clean, water bottles were cold and available, and the friendliness was impeccable. If you choose anyone else, you’re making the wrong decision!

I went to downtown Baltimore in the new Sprinter van and had a wonderful time! The seats are very comfortable and I was able to watch a movie on the tv. It was a smooth drive down and back from Hanover. I would definitely use Alpha again!
